All of our puppies are sent to their new homes, after receiving their first distemper vaccination at 7-8 weeks of age. Our puppies receive bi-weekly dewormings of Pyrantel and Safeguard until 8 weeks of age. Our puppies go to their new homes with their dewclaws removed, Veterinarian issued Health Certificate, their own Medical Records, Microchip, copies of their parents Pedigrees, a small blanket (with their mother’s essence), Information packet, sample of puppy food, a Starter kit and a Lifetime of supportive care from us. We are always here if you need us……
Buyer's Responsibilities and Agreement:
1. Purchaser is to choose a veterinarian and take the puppy for a wellness examination within 10 (ten) days of adoption, as well as schedule an appointment for the puppy's next vaccinations. Failure to do so within the time constraint renders health guarantee null and void. You also guarantee to take the puppy to the vet at the scheduled times.
2. This puppy is purchased as an INDOOR Pet only
3. Purchaser agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered as soon as their veterinarian determines that the puppy is ready for the procedure. (New studied indicate that it is healthy to Spay females at 8-9 months and neuter males at 18-24 months). Extensions may be granted for males to have their neuter performed later than 24 months.
4. Purchaser agrees to and guarantees that this puppy/dog WILL NOT be used for Stud or breeding OR dog will be surrendered back to the breeder and additional fees will be charged.
5. If this dog/puppy is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said dog/puppy to Seller, unconditionally.
6. This dog/puppy cannot be exhibited in any dog shows without written consent from the Seller.
7. No cash refunds and all deposits are non-refundable.
8. This puppy will not be in contact with any other unvaccinated puppies/dogs prior to having their full distemper series and Rabies vaccination completed.
9. The Seller, Jamie Nye, will be notified if you can no longer continue to keep your dog/puppy, no matter their age, or reason. Purchaser promises NOT to take their dog/puppy to a shelter.

RIDLEY’S RED RETRIEVERS NON-BREEDING CONTRACT & HEALTH WARRANTY
Seller guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in excellent health. They receive Health Certificates from our vet, around 7-8 weeks of age. This includes a full body exam (ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, heart, etc.) and issued Health Certificate. Our puppies have also received multiple intervals of dewormings, age appropriate Vaccinations (Parvo, Bordetella and Distemper), Microchip implantation and Dewclaw removals performed as a newborn.
Should the puppy be found to be in poor health, of a serious nature, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy from another litter or a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy only. This must be proven with 2 separate veterinarian examinations with the same conclusions. Traveling fees will not be refunded. The following conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned puppy:
A. The Buyer has Ten days from the time of receiving Golden Retriever or Goldendoodle puppy to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the puppy prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided.
B. A warranty against all serious life threatening genetic disease is provided until the dog is two years of age. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time, the dog must be examined by 2 separate veterinarians that have the same conclusion. Seller will provide Buyer up to the full refund of purchase price only. We do NOT require you to return the dog.
C. A warranty for Hip Dysplasia is provided for two years. This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be overstressed at any point during the first two years. Should dog be found to have moderate or severe Hip Dysplasia - within the first two years, Seller will provide a replacement puppy or refund of purchase price. Buyer must provide Seller with proof in the form of documentation from Penn HIP or OFA. We reserve the right to confirm the results before a replacement or refund is provided.
D. Buyer agrees to return dog to Seller - or allow Seller to re-home dog, should it become necessary at any point during its life. Seller should be the first contact if you can no longer keep the dog. Seller offers a lifetime re-home policy on all the dogs bred at Ridley’s Red Retrievers. If you rehome the dog without Seller's permission, the Health Warranty is not transferrable.
E. Ridley’s Reds puppies are sold on a STRICT NON-BREEDING contract. Buyer agrees to have spayed/neutered this dog by 8-9 months for females and 24 months for males. Buyer must send proof to Seller via e-mail or regular mail. Upon execution of this contract, Buyer agrees this dog is being sold as a PET and will never be used for breeding. Failure to follow through with the spay/neuter contract as outlined above will terminate your Health Warranty, will be accessed penalty that is 15 times the purchase price of the puppy as well as forfeit all said income and puppies as a result of breach of contract. Legal action will be started for the breach in contract. Any legal fees incurred by the Seller to enforce this nonbreeding contract are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Any and all legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

F. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer or to any third party for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from or in a manner related to the puppy/dog.
G. Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
H. Use of Trifexis, a flea and heartworm preventive, will void this warranty.
MAINTENANCE:
Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to, Vaccinations, Internal and External Parasites, Heartworm prevention, Flea and Tick control, Regular Baths, Grooming and any other preventative medication a Vet feels is needed. Veterinary records must be provided to Seller if requesting refund or replacement. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, the health warranty will be void.
If the above named puppy/dog is being mistreated physically or mentally throughout its life, the breeder reserves the right to demand the return of the puppy/dog.
FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT:
Both Buyer and Seller agree that this Contract represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations regarding the puppy’s health have been made regarding the puppy described above.

RIDLEY’S RED RETRIEVERS NON-BREEDING CONTRACT & HEALTH WARRANTY

Any and all legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
